Compensation Structure:

  • Base salary plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inform customers about the features and advantages of President's Choice Financial products within the retail setting.
  • Assess customer needs to provide suitable recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional advice and demonstrate extensive product knowledge.
  • Enhance sales, advocacy, and brand recognition for our client's offerings by being a knowledgeable expert and advocate for the brand/product.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service, guaranteeing a positive experience for all customers.
  • Devise innovative strategies to engage customers and communicate the benefits of the product.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with store staff.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality while handling customer information.
  • Generate enthusiasm around the product offerings by being a knowledgeable expert and advocate for the brand/product.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales within a financial or retail context (preferred).
  • Comfortable with sales targets and motivated to challenge the status quo.
  • Outgoing and personable, enjoys engaging with people, with a knack for attracting new customers.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
  • Effective communication skills, with a strong ability to listen and convey key messages.
  • High integrity and accountability when dealing with confidential customer information.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal/credit background check.
  • Interest in personal development through coaching and training.
  • Access to reliable transportation or a valid driver's license is a plus.
