Job Summary

Glowbal Georgia Restaurant Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train food and beverage servers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that all health and safety procedures are followed.
  • Sales and Revenue: Work with the restaurant management team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, supplies, and wastage, and ensure that all inventory is managed efficiently.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, and maintain accurate records of all restaurant operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a high level of physical activity required. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism is essential.
