Job Title: Spa Supervisor

At Brandon nails salon and spa, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Services: Assist clients with special needs, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Facilities and Equipment: Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, establish work schedules and procedures, and be the point of contact for emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
