Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Brandon nails salon and spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and leading a team of spa professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them with professionalism.
  • Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa workers, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal client satisfaction.

Supervision: The successful candidate will supervise a team of 3-4 spa professionals, working a 30-40 hour week in a fast-paced environment.
