About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Professional to join our team at AMJ Professional Tax and Accounting Services Corp. As an Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans for clients to achieve their financial goals.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
    • Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
  • Client Support
    • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Communicate financial information and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
