Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for selling new and used material handling equipment within a designated area of responsibility (AOR). This includes:

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AOR
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing customer relationships
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support
    • Identify and address customer needs and concerns
  • Market Knowledge and Analysis
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the material handling industry
  • Travel and Administration
    • Travel throughout the AOR to meet with customers and prospects
    • Manage travel expenses and administrative tasks
    • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the material handling industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven sales and business development skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Valid driver's license and passport
