About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contract Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving Kellanova's retail presence and achieving distribution and speed to shelf targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase the share of the shelf through major and minor relines.
  • Partner with retail customers to understand their business strategies and targets, and drive sales growth through effective promotional execution.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth through collaboration and alignment with other counterparts across the retail team.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field and/or high school diploma with relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with customers and colleagues.
  • Tenacity and an aptitude for sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license within Canada, with a willingness to drive 35% of the time.
