**Contract Territory Manager - GTA** Represent Kellanova to top retail operations, driving sales growth and customer partnerships through fact-based data-driven approach, strategic skills, and strong communication.

As a Contract Territory Manager in the GTA, you will be responsible for representing Kellanova to some of the world's most respected and recognized retail operations. This is a 12-month contract opportunity that will allow you to utilize your consulting and selling skills to impact immediate wins as well as long-term customer partnerships with our Retail Partners across your territory.

We are looking for someone who can take a fact-based data-driven approach to growing their business. You will strive to become the partner of choice with all of our retailers, helping us bring the best to families while building your expertise and network.

A key aspect of this role is driving Kellanova's retail presence. You will work with your Kellanova partners to understand our retail customers' business strategies and targets, driving and achieving distribution and speed to shelf targets and incremental display objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive Kellanova's retail presence by working with partners to understand retail customers' business strategies and targets.
    • Partner with Retail Team Lead to ensure timely execution of promotions and shelf objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for sales growth through collaboration and alignment with other counterparts across the Retail Team.
  • Requirements:
    • Post-secondary education in a related field and/or high school diploma with relevant work experience.
    • Client-focused with a strong capacity to build credibility and trust.
    • Tenacity and an aptitude for sales.
    • Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Valid driver's license within Canada.
