Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizzahut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as hire and manage food service staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment or equivalent.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
