Food Service Team Lead

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that our restaurants are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that our equipment is in good working order.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that our restaurants are aligned with our overall business strategy.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Our restaurants are fast-paced and dynamic environments, and as a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to work effectively in this type of environment. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a noisy environment.
