Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizzahut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet our high standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers feel valued and appreciated.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
