Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure exceptional customer service and food quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient service and high-quality products.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
