  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, maintaining accurate records and communicating with guests and colleagues as required.
  • Guest Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Departure Processing: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring up-to-date records and efficient room allocation.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and colleagues, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Special Needs: Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge in hotel front desk operations.
  • Language: English language proficiency is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
