**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Save-On-Foods in Lethbridge, AB. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy team and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive and process written prescriptions and refill requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Input patient and prescription information into our computer system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and returning stock, as well as performing inventory checks and balancing.
- Adhere to merchandising programs, operational procedures, and company policies to ensure a smooth and efficient pharmacy operation.
- Communicate effectively with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
**Requirements**
- Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or 2 years of dispensary experience.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
- Kroll computer experience is an asset.
