About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Pharmacy Department in achieving its goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Pharmacists and Pharmacy Manager with daily operations of the Pharmacy Department
  • Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Operate the pharmacy computer and assist in the processing of prescriptions and preparation of prescriptions
  • Manage pharmacy inventory and assist with ordering and receiving drug orders
  • Perform other duties as required to support the Pharmacy Department
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter with a high level of enthusiasm and ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Ability to work as a team player and have a team approach
  • Basic computer skills and previous pharmacy experience preferred
