About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our Pharmacy Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Pharmacists and Pharmacy Manager with daily operations, including customer service, front counter duties, and cashier responsibilities.
  • Operate the pharmacy computer and assist in the processing of prescriptions and preparation of prescriptions.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering and receiving drug orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Previous pharmacy experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
