Position Overview

Reporting to the IT Security Architecture Manager, the Cloud Security Solutions Architect is tasked with designing security frameworks and providing security guidance for projects, particularly those utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and defining security requirements for IT initiatives.
  • Establishing and evolving security services.
  • Engaging in the selection of security solutions.
  • Contributing to the formulation of security strategies and various initiatives.
  • Developing and executing the cloud security program.

Implementation Duties:

  • Collaborating with diverse IT teams.
  • Delivering high-level security assessments on various security issues.
  • Understanding the business implications of compliance requirements such as Exostar, GDPR, ITAR, and SOX.
  • Managing team-related tasks.
  • Executing technical tasks as necessary.
  • Demonstrating the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a Cloud Security Architect role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in IT Security, infrastructure, and telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with security architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA).
  • Certifications such as AZ 303, AZ 500, AWS Solutions Architect, and AWS Cloud Security are advantageous.
  • Understanding of IT control frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO) and a solid grasp of IT General Controls.
  • Experience in the aerospace sector is a plus.
  • Proven advisory skills on IT projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, leadership, and customer-centric approach.

Language Proficiency: Bilingualism in French and English is required.
