We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Hypertec Cloud Inc. as a key member of our Sales team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of sustainable technologies and contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Vision and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive vision and strategy for Hypertec's cloud portfolio, addressing digital business transformations and driving innovation.
  • Create IT Solution Architectures: Design and develop IT solution architectures to solve complex problems, considering technology, people, process, culture, and desired results.
  • Drive Creative Technology Infrastructure Design: Design and implement creative and innovative technology infrastructure that drives customer benefits and meets business needs.
  • Provide Guidance on IT Infrastructure Road Map: Offer expert guidance on IT infrastructure road mapping, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic market directions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Hypertec's different business units and departments to assess strategic market directions and specific customer requirements.
  • Practice Systems of Integration: Sponsor, lead, and participate in Enterprise Architecture forums and conferences, promoting integration and platform enablement of ecosystems.
  • Interact with Customers and Stakeholders: Effectively interact with customers, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams, working across geographies and time zones.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in a directly related area, with both professional and management capabilities demonstrated.
  • Technical Skills: Technical experience in IT infrastructure, with increased knowledge of server architecture.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven success in being able to move from strategy to execution, with hands-on experience.
  • Communication Skills: Proven success in communicating and influencing customers and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Proven success in understanding company's business strategy and being able to tie back IT services to business needs.
  • Agility and Innovation: Leadership skills to independently take initiative and innovate as part of a team, with agility in reaching milestones and goals.
