We are in search of a Solutions Architect to enhance our Sales division in Montreal, Quebec, embodying our core company values.

Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Establishing the vision, strategy, and guiding principles for Hypertec's offerings in the realm of Digital Business Transformations;
  • Designing or refining IT Solution Architectures to address intricate challenges, considering technology, personnel, processes, culture, and desired outcomes;
  • Innovating and crafting technology infrastructure designs that yield customer advantages;
  • Providing strategic guidance on the IT Infrastructure Road Map;
  • Collaborating with various business units and departments to evaluate market trends and specific client needs;
  • Implementing 'systems of Integration' and enabling platform interoperability;
  • Leading and participating in Enterprise Architecture discussions and events;
  • Engaging in preliminary product demonstrations for clients;
  • Building effective relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams across different regions and time zones.

What Distinguishes You:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field in information technology;
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience showcasing both professional and managerial skills;
  • In-depth technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, particularly in server architecture;
  • Demonstrated ability to transition from strategic planning to execution (hands-on experience);
  • Proven track record in effectively communicating and influencing clients and stakeholders;
  • Strong understanding of business strategies and aligning IT services with organizational needs;
  • Leadership qualities to take initiative and foster innovation within a team;
  • Agility in achieving objectives, including familiarity with agile delivery methodologies;
  • Understanding of the computer manufacturing supply chain and sales processes in the IT sector is advantageous;
  • Additional experience in the following sectors is a plus:
    • Media & Entertainment;
    • Digital Manufacturing;
    • Financial Services.
