Job Title: Sales Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Teamrecruiter.com. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our sales department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients.
  • Assist with sales initiatives, such as preparing business proposals and presentations.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients and assist with existing business relationships.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
