Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership role in a financial institution

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and regulatory requirements
