Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and relay messages to our team members.
- Office Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Correspondence: Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Area of Specialization: Provide administrative support in the areas of correspondence, contracts, and invoices.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently.
