We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Mathieu Hryniuk LLP. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
