Food Service Manager

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet food service demands.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Train staff on job duties, ensuring they meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations.
- Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure timely delivery of food to customers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Basic security clearance.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with initiative and dependability.
Our food service team operates in a fast-paced hotel, motel, and resort environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a dynamic team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food standards.
