Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead the development and implementation of account plans and growth initiatives in the Province of Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales of Dodge/RBC mechanical products, driving specifications of our products at major end users, and providing solutions for their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account plans and growth initiatives to achieve sales targets
- Manage sales relationships with key accounts and ensure timely follow-up
- Provide solutions for customers' businesses that align with volume, mix, and profitability targets
- Drive specifications of Dodge/RBC products at major end users in specific industries
- Monitor competitor activity and take appropriate action
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial market
- Good knowledge and experience with mechanical products
- Professionalism, well-organized, and demonstrated experience in managing customer accounts and sales strategy
- Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills
- Strong decision-making ability while negotiating commercial and technical items with customers and colleagues
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is a plus
- Ability to travel 50% of the time within the region
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or relevant industry experience.
