Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  1. Lead and support the estimation, industrial, and Greater Montreal departments in achieving their objectives and delivering high-quality results.
  2. Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability through effective planning and resource allocation.
  3. Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve economic performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  4. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations in force in the electrical sector, maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
  5. Implement crisis management and business continuity measures to minimize disruptions and ensure the continuity of operations.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 5 to 10 years of experience in a management role in the field of industrial or institutional electricity.
  3. In-depth knowledge of electrical industry regulations and standards.
  4. Mastery of the Office suite, mainly Outlook and Excel.
  5. Knowledge of MS Project (an asset).
  6. Good command of written and spoken French.
  7. Good command of written and spoken English (an asset).
  8. Competent in strategic, operational, and financial management.
