Job Title: Managing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Managing Director to join our team at Ondel Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the company, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability
  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve economic performance
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations in force in the electrical sector
  • Implement crisis management and business continuity measures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in a management role in the field of industrial or institutional electricity
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical industry regulations and standards
  • Mastery of the Office suite, mainly Outlook and Excel
  • Knowledge of MS Project (an asset)
  • Good command of written and spoken French
  • Good command of written and spoken English (an asset)
