Role Summary

We are on the lookout for a skilled AI Creative Artist [Photo/Image] who can merge artistic flair with state-of-the-art AI technologies to produce exceptional visual content and streamline artistic processes. This position is integral to our broader AI transformation initiative, enhancing production workflows across our global creative teams, particularly focusing on Monks America's Studios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver innovative applications of technology in our digital and experiential projects.
  • Spearhead creative direction on various projects including digital, experiential, gaming, and XR.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, creatives, and developers, ensuring a seamless workflow.
  • Engage with clients to present project proposals, participate in workshops, and demonstrate your unique blend of creativity and technical expertise.
  • Craft compelling creative treatments in response to client briefs and RFPs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and constraints.
  • Engage in hands-on experimentation, research, and development, creating original prototypes that serve as proof of concept.
  • Assess technological requirements and guide creative projects through to development, ensuring collaboration between creative and technical teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AR and VR, advising on potential investments in emerging platforms and technologies.

Client Engagement and R&D

  • Support ongoing client pitches, utilizing R&D to address real-world challenges and transform them into viable proposals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to represent the forefront of creative innovation.
  • Drive the creation and development of R&D projects that exemplify high standards of creative craftsmanship through AI-enabled workflows.

Workflow Transformation

  • Lead and support the transformation of production workflows, ensuring they are updated and effective.
  • Collaborate with automation teams to integrate new processes into existing AI-related workflows and toolsets.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize tools and workflows to keep pace with industry advancements.

Social Representation

  • Act as a representative for our creative voice across social media platforms.
  • Share insights and developments in R&D, contributing to the broader conversation on the future of our discipline.

Craft Excellence and Education

  • Champion creative excellence, pushing the boundaries of innovation in every project.
  • Share knowledge through educational initiatives and case studies, fostering awareness of our transformative journey.

Portfolio and Skills Requirements

  • A compelling portfolio that showcases creativity, technical prowess, and AI-integrated projects.
  • Extensive experience in production environments such as photo studios, design studios, or post-production facilities.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe toolset and familiarity with various AI tools.
  • A minimum of 10 years in roles that intersect creativity and technology within interactive or digital agencies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
