Lead Architectural Technologist or Designer

A prestigious architecture practice with several studios across North America is in search of a skilled Revit Lead Architectural Technologist or Senior Designer, possessing a strong background in intricate multi-unit residential mid to high-rise developments.

They are looking for a Revit expert with a portfolio showcasing diverse residential projects, who is adept at collaborating within structured teams. The ideal candidate should be proficient in producing working drawings and navigating building permit processes, while also demonstrating the ability to mentor junior staff.

The successful applicant will be responsible for generating comprehensive working drawing packages, construction documents, and plans, along with experience in preparing and submitting permit applications.

In a dynamic environment with tight project deadlines, you will exhibit exceptional project management and communication skills, supported by solid references from reputable firms.


Qualifications:
- Architectural Technology Diploma or equivalent education in Architecture from a recognized institution - strong Revit expertise
- Approximately 7+ years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or Designer
- Must be currently residing in Canada with 5+ years of experience in Canadian building codes
- A Revit portfolio reflecting multi-family, high-rise, mixed-use, or large commercial projects, showcasing design excellence
- Essential experience with Revit - strong capabilities required
- Efficient in producing working drawings and familiar with building permit processes
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office is an asset
