About the Role

Behaviour Interactive, a leading Canadian gaming studio, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and direction of our game development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Creative Vision: Develop and implement a compelling creative vision for our games, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Project Management: Oversee the development of game projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project milestones.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, art, programming, and marketing, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
