Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and visionary Associate Creative Director to lead our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our brand identity, driving innovation, and elevating our creative output across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling brand vision that aligns creative efforts with business goals and target audience.
  • Creative Leadership: Lead a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives, setting the creative direction for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Conceptualization and Ideation: Generate fresh ideas and innovative concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring them to life.
  • Design Excellence: Ensure high-quality design across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. Review and provide feedback on visual assets to maintain a consistent and impactful brand aesthetic.
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics and iterating as needed to optimize results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and UX teams to foster a collaborative and creative culture that drives innovation and success.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in a dynamic agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and brand work that demonstrates your creative vision and leadership.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in design software and a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
