Job Title: Digital Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team in Victoria, British Columbia. As a key member of our Corporate & Investor Relations department, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content and campaigns to support our brand and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a website content strategy to address the latest trends, content gaps, and audience preferences.
  • Create engaging web content and ensure materials are current, accurate, and aligned with our visual brand and editorial standards.
  • Oversee the editorial calendar for our website and collaborate with internal and external partners on the conceptualization, implementation, and introduction of new web pages, hubs, and/or tools.
  • Use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate our website performance and digital content campaigns, and prepare reports and recommendations to improve future content performance.
  • Develop and implement creative and meaningful LinkedIn campaigns that meet business goals and objectives, and oversee the LinkedIn editorial calendar.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in communications, marketing, digital media, English, or a related area of study.
  • Four to six years of experience in digital communications, including content planning and creation, content marketing, and optimizing campaign performance through data analysis.
  • Experience within an institutional investment management and/or financial services organization is an asset.
  • Accreditations with the International Association of Business Communicators or the Canadian Public Relations Society are an asset.
