Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to agency leave policies while fulfilling assigned duties.
- Provide indirect clerical assistance to the Director of Rehabilitation and other supervisors, including basic typing, filing, and message delivery to ensure efficient communication.
- Prioritize tasks as directed by the Director of Rehabilitation, ensuring sensitive deadlines are met.
- Act as the receptionist for the Rehabilitation office, ensuring messages are delivered promptly and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date program rosters for all treatment tracks, reflecting current patient schedules.
- Compile and manage statistical reports for all rehabilitation classes and activities.
- Enter work orders in the Work Requestor system for the Central Rehabilitation Program and track outstanding requests.
- Coordinate the requisition of supplies and equipment necessary for daily operations, maintaining stock levels to prevent service disruptions.
- Keep accurate records of purchases and maintain the Rehabilitation Purchasing Budget Report for transparency in spending.
- Conduct annual property inventory and collaborate with property staff to update records as needed.
- Serve as a backup for other clerical staff, assisting with timekeeping, report completion, and other administrative tasks.
- Participate in agency obligations for disaster response and recovery efforts as required.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient knowledge of office procedures, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic.
- Familiarity with business terminology and state purchasing policies.
- Strong skills in using computers and office equipment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively.
