Job Title: Human Resources Supervisor

King Tandoori Bar and Grill is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs that support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company values and goals.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, collective agreements, and performance management.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career development.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and compensation programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer service and employee satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a office environment with frequent travel to other locations as required.
