About the Opportunity
As Director, Commercial Financial Services (CFS) Finance, you'll be a key player in our team of client-focused credit professionals dedicated to large commercial clients within CFS. This segment encompasses businesses with annual sales revenue between $25MM and $100MM. Your role is crucial in achieving our business growth objectives by structuring, delivering, and managing credit for a portfolio of these significant clients.
You'll lead the entire credit relationship for your assigned portfolio, focusing on loan origination and ensuring ongoing portfolio quality. By providing exceptional business, financial, and credit advice directly to clients, you'll contribute to an outstanding client experience.
What You'll Do- Collaborate closely with client relationship managers to structure, deliver, finalize, and monitor loan transactions. This includes submitting credit applications to Group Risk Management (GRM) and presenting transaction details to clients.
- Work alongside client relationship managers in preparing and delivering compelling credit pitches that clearly outline the benefits and value proposition for clients.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert guidance on financial strategies and credit solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the commercial lending landscape.
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of commercial lending principles and practices. You possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A proven track record in relationship management and client service is essential.
