Position Overview

As a User Assistance Technician at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD., you will play a crucial role in providing support to users facing challenges with their computer systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing user experience.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Address user issues related to computer functionality.
  • Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Offer guidance and training to users based on their specific challenges.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by fellow technical support analysts.
  • Engage in the redesign process of applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Oversee the work of other technical support personnel within the team.
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet connectivity in response to user inquiries.
  • Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary software.
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
