Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, software, and other technical tools.
  • Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technical systems and processes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and internet protocols.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
