Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Technician to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users on computer systems, software, and network issues.
  • Research and implement solutions to technical problems using technical manuals, guides, and other resources.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a problems and solutions log.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Supervise and train junior technical support staff to ensure high-quality support.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of business systems, networks, and Internet services.
  • Install and configure computer equipment, operating systems, and software for employee use.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations for web servers.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide training to junior staff.
  • Proficiency in English language.
