Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and conduct sales transactions
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, including estimating costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and troubleshoot problems related to equipment
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services
  • Provide customer service and supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales and technical support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Fluency in English language
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent work term
