As a Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store management team by executing daily opening and closing procedures while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the store meets company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead by example in customer service and sales techniques, ensuring the team fosters positive customer interactions and loyalty.
  • Assist management in executing merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store atmosphere that encourages shopping.
  • Handle register operations while utilizing your sales, promotional, and product knowledge to enhance add-on sales.
  • Take charge of all store operations in the absence of Store Management, acting as the Manager on Duty.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in specialty/apparel retail management, preferably in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of leading teams to success and achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Retail and fashion are ever-evolving, so adaptability to various situations, environments, challenges, job responsibilities, and work schedules is vital for your success.
  • Passion for fashion and staying updated on current trends.

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
  • Capable of packing and unpacking shipments, arranging and moving store fixtures, and lifting packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and other retrieval tools.
