As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in supporting the store management team by executing daily opening and closing procedures while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the store meets company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Exemplify The Torrid Connection through superior selling techniques and customer service, ensuring the team fosters positive customer interactions and loyalty.
- Assist the management team in executing merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store atmosphere that encourages customer engagement.
- Handle register operations while leveraging your sales, promotional, and product knowledge to enhance add-on sales.
- Take charge of all store operations in the absence of Store Management, acting as the Manager on Duty.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in specialty/apparel retail management, preferably in a similar capacity, with a proven track record of leading teams to success and achieving sales goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Retail and fashion are ever-evolving, so adaptability and the ability to respond to various situations, challenges, job responsibilities, and work schedules are crucial for your success.
- Stay fashion-forward and keep abreast of current trends.
Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
- Capable of packing and unpacking shipments, arranging and moving store fixtures, and lifting packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Able to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, and other equipment.
