Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at HEALTHCARE PHARMACY. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Workflow Management: Assist in scheduling and managing the workflow of our pharmacy, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Equipment and Supply Maintenance: Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are in good working order and readily available for use.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records, ensuring that our pharmacy is always stocked with the necessary supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our patients and clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our pharmacy team, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.
  • Supply Ordering: Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring that our pharmacy is always stocked with the necessary materials.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform other physical demands of the job
