About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager to join our team at SpotHero. As a key member of our Revenue Team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize SpotHero's parking supply across assigned markets to maximize revenue growth.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure mutual benefit and growth.
  • Collaborate with Field Operations to ensure smooth operations and address customer feedback.
  • Onboard and train new clients to empower them to manage their day-to-day requests.
  • Partner with Marketplace Operations to ensure client requests are addressed quickly and effectively.
  • Establish regular communication cadences with clients to build trust and ensure maximum value from the SpotHero platform.
  • Host or travel to client meetings, events, and social gatherings to build relationships and promote SpotHero's brand.
  • Stay current on industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in sales and/or account management.
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills with a unique ability to understand client needs.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to travel and meet with clients in person locally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CRM Experience, Salesforce preferred.
  • BI Tool Experience, Looker preferred.
  • Parking Industry experience.
