- Set up and maintain sewing machines and equipment.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of sewing machine operators.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Judgment and reliability.
- Team player with efficient interpersonal skills.
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language.
