Sewing Machine Operations Manager

At SIMPLY SOFAWORKS & MORE LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Sewing Machine Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating work activities with other departments, establishing methods to meet work schedules, and preparing production reports. Your expertise in setting up machines and equipment, supervising and training staff, and ensuring security and safety protocols are in place will be invaluable to our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating work activities with other departments to ensure efficient production
  • Establishing methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Preparing production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Supervising and training staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Ensuring security and safety protocols are in place to protect employees and equipment

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
