Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operations Manager to join our team at Simply Sofaworks & More Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating work activities, establishing methods to meet work schedules, and preparing production reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless production
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and improve productivity
  • Prepare production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to distinguish between colours and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
