About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Production Manager to join our team at Patel Family And Associate Business LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development: Create and refine recipes for various pastry items, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Training: Train and mentor team members on production techniques, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment and report any issues to management.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of production.
  • Physical Demands: Perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular 32-hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment.
