**The Opportunity**

Reporting to our Manager of New Client Experience, the Producer is responsible for facilitating, soliciting and establishing new client relationships through various channels, including client referrals, online opportunities and local leads. You will provide real-time insurance quotes managed by a first-of-its-kind lead management system.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Receive incoming quote opportunities through incoming calls, online leads and referrals (warm leads provided)
- Prepare detailed insurance proposals and communicate to potential clients
- Answer a wide range of insurance coverage questions for 25+ providers
- Solicit new leads and opportunities
- Adhere to the underwriting authority and brokerage guidelines

- Has a RIBO license in good standing (CAIB is also considered an asset)
- Has worked in sales in the insurance industry for 3+ years in personal lines/commercial insurance
- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Works well within a team and independently, taking initiative to assist team members where needed
- Interacts with patience, enthusiasm and dedication
- Approaches learning and professional development with enthusiasm
- Pays close attention to detail and multitasks with a high level of organization and accuracy
