Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Drawbridge Inn. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff and management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to staff and management.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including staff files, inventory, and other administrative documents.
  • Training and Development: Assist with the development and implementation of training programs for staff.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Collective Agreements: Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases and spreadsheets.
