Job Title: Head of Online Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Online Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Lead a team of marketing analysts and researchers to gather and analyze market data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts and optimize campaign performance.
  • Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation to inform marketing decisions and improve ROI.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and effective.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that have led to improved marketing performance and business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data analysis techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
